Entertaining Angels Unaware...
These pages were
created for all the Angels
Those special ones that nurture us, comfort us, and love us day-to-day. But, many times Angels walk in and out of our lives and we don't see or know them. So when suddenly we become aware of our Angels, we are humbled by their presence. All my children and my grand-children and my great-grand children are, to me, beautiful awe-inspiring Angelic creations. The losses we have experienced are overwhelming. And my heart goes out to all the other surviving parents, grandparents, siblings, family members and friends. Please visit my pages for comfort and peace.
A little about myself My Grandkids call me Grama Ila, but
others call me Jeanne, (my mom calls me Ila Jeanne). ~smile~ We lost our first Great-grandson, Joey, to SIDS in April of 1998. Then we lost our 13 year old grandson, Ryan in a boating accident on January 9. 1999. Please visit a very special page for his brother, Kyle. No matter how deep the grief
- blessings do abound. Newest to the family are the Twins, (my Great Grandchildren!). And do you believe it, a boy and a girl too! Kyle Bryant and Kaylee Nicole were born April 1, 1999 to Jennifer and Dustin (my grandson). Joey has a new baby brother, Jeremy Joseph. He came to us on September 7, 1999 at 9:08am. His Mom translates his coo's and gurgles into an e-mail to the family on a regular basis. ~smile~ I teach Performing Arts - tap dancing, ballet, music, singing, and improv to girls, ranging in age from 2 to 12 years of age. I will always have a 'class' since they are all related to me. Here are some photo's of a few of my Students Puttin' on the Ritz. For hobbies and leisure, I write poetry, sew, crochet, read, golf a little, ceramics, draw and paint some, and play with my grand children. A friend once observed that I don't 'baby-sit' the kids, I "play with and entertain them." I hope you enjoy the pictures, poems, and dedications on these pages. I am constantly adding and changing them, so check back often.
